Commissioned Paintings

Several of my works each year are commission-based, where I collaborate with clients to achieve a mutual artistic goal.

Commissioning a painting is a highly personal process. Once a composition has been agreed upon, a 50% deposit is put down and work begins on the painting. Upon completion, a digital image is sent for the client’s review at which point minor changes can be made. Upon approval, final payment is collected.

Commissioned paintings are generally consistent with gallery pricing, typically ranging from $10,000 to $18,000 for a large-scale painting. Added costs for portraiture.
