Crescent Beach

On Block Island walking into town on the road past Crescent Beach, now named Fred Benson Town Beach, there’s a ferry in the old harbor, bringing yet more folks from away. A young woman peddles out, probably to Bicycle Beach. The old wooden structures that stand guard over the beach recall a bygone era. Even after all these years they remain standing and welcoming guests.
