Evening in Port Clyde

A favorite time of day in a favorite port. We had sailed in from Penobscot Bay and picked up a mooring and are sipping our Bloody Mary’s. You can almost feel the day’s losing steam and the humidity settling down as the day begins to cool. The ferry out to Monhegan, the Laura B, is tied up on the dock by the general store, waiting to bring passengers out the following day, which is shaping up to be another perfect one.
