A mid-winter Nor’easter in our home village of Woodstock never fails to slow life down. Traffic becomes more deliberate as drivers take extra care. People walking along the sidewalks, who are already unhurried, are more careful with their steps. It’s almost like the storms remind us to take a moment to reflect on what it means to live here.
